A creative journey full of challenges, but even more rewarding at the end.

When passion for art and technology come together, truly extraordinary projects emerge. That was my case with "Under the Same Light", where I decided to take my love for dance and virtual reality to a whole new level. Get ready to immerse yourself in an unprecedented artistic experience.

Goal

Immerse yourself in a world where the boundaries between the viewer and the artist fade away.

Thanks to the support of a grant for the professionalization of artists, I was able to unleash my creative vision. But before I delve into the ins and outs of the project, let me share a secret: success lies in collaboration. I joined forces with the Centro Ático and the Faculty of Arts of the Universidad Javeriana to assemble a multidisciplinary team of dance, choreography and virtual reality talents.

The journey began with an open call for dancers, can you imagine the excitement of seeing so many passionate artists? We selected the most talented and immersed ourselves in an intensive process. Weeks of rehearsals, trainings in Lopez style and explorations of 360° and virtual reality recording. But the best was yet to come.

This is where things get really exciting. "Under the Same Light" fuses the physical and the digital in an unprecedented way. The dancers not only perform captivating choreography, but also interact with virtual elements, creating a multimedia experience that challenges the boundaries of the real and the virtual. The viewer is immersed in a world where dance takes on a new dimension.

But it's not just about art. I wanted to share my passion and knowledge with others. That's why I conducted virtual reality trainings for more than 20 people at Centro Ático and a master lecture at Smart Films with 200 attendees. Expanding horizons, one step at a time.

"Under the Same Light" is much more than an artistic project; it is a testament to what we can achieve when we combine creativity with cutting-edge technology. I have opened a new path for artistic expression, inviting the public to immerse themselves in a world where dance and virtual reality merge into a captivating experience. But this is just the beginning, the future of multimedia art is full of infinite possibilities.
